Share your sketches, references and intended application. Together we develop the motifs, techniques, materials and colour direction. Each piece is entirely custom, with the sampling approach and quotation agreed around your brief.
Before production: agree the design direction, sample, quote and timeline.
We work from your garment patterns and placement instructions to map the embroidery accurately. Scale, orientation, seams and the relationship between individual panels are considered before production begins.

Our artisans execute the agreed design by hand at traditional wooden embroidery frames, known as Adda. The approved sample guides the materials, stitchwork and placement throughout production.

We review the embroidery for consistency, finish and correspondence with the agreed design. Photographs or video allow you to review the work and provide sign-off before the project moves to its next agreed stage.

Approved physical samples are archived for 24 months to support continuity, repeat work and future development. Your designs remain confidential throughout the collaboration and archive period.

Every piece is entirely bespoke—quotes are calculated individually based on motifs, techniques, materials and artisan labour hours. Timelines are agreed for each project after the brief has been reviewed.
